I was honoured to be invited to CHIM’s YOUNG CHEF at Aston 31 where 5 new generation celebrity chefs teamed up to bring to patrons a modern dining experience.

The dinner consisted of a seven-course menu with wine pairing, created by the following chefs:

  • Chef Zra – Aston : Dining Room & Bar (Sukhumvit 31)
  • Chef Mirco Keller – Water Library (Chamchuri Square)
  • Chef Daniel Bucher – The Reflexions (Plaza Athenee)
  • Chef Angela Brown – Park Society (Sofitel So Bangkok)
  • Chef Nan Bunyasaranand – Little Beast (Thonglor)

They are the new generation of celebrity chefs, teaming up to make this dinner most memorable. Lots of creativity in making these unique and delectable dishes!

The event was held at Aston Dining Room and Bar. Singaporeans, this is not the Aston Western food which you have back home.

Aston Dining Room and Bar is a modern European-style restaurant with a massive kitchen and the restaurant resembles a theatre for chefs to perform and entice you. It all makes for a memorable feast. At Aston, they will only seat 28 guests at one dinner, ensuring a unique and personal experience.

Every item here is specially curated for this special event, so you won’t find the items on any menu in the world.

What an amazing dining experience it was. Delicious food by celebrity chefs in a beautiful restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for more.
