Grilled Honey Roast Pork is also known as “Moo Yang” in Thai. Today’s recommendation is by one of AroiMakMak’s fan and I can’t believe that even though I have been to Chatuchak Weekend Market for close to 20 years, I didn’t know about this Moo Yang!
If you have been to Chatuchak Weekend Market, you would know how difficult is it to navigate around and so, this is indeed a hidden shop that you won’t see easily.
The best honey roasted pork chop I have ever eaten. All the flavours are retained in the meat, making it JUICY, sweet, soft and tender.
You can even order a bun to go with it and I recommend you to put the pork slices into the bun and eat it together. If you want something less filling, then omit the bun.
They are located at Area 22, Soi 4. It is near the area where they sell Porcelain Wares and also where most of the food stalls are gathered!
