Tom Yum UFO @ Sansab Restaurant
Tom Yum UFO is something trending in Bangkok right now. I see this so often in my feed that I had to get there to try it. I started drooling when the dish was presented to me.
The middle of the pan is filled with Tom Yum Soup, Mama Instant Noodles, Seaweed, Mushrooms, Corns, Fish Ball, Prawn, Cuttlefish and Crabmeat. The thing which makes everything so delicious is actually the robust Tom Yum Soup. On the side of the pan, you have egg, corn, seaweed soup and mozzarella cheese! On the side, the draw is actually the cheese. See it melt and eat it together with the other ingredients. All these for 570++ baht.
They have another version which costs 470++ baht and basically the seafood is replaced with processed food such as hotdog, sausages and luncheon meat. I definitely recommend you to go with the seafood version if you can.
If you take Tom Yam, you must try this!!! Right in the middle you have a flavourful Tom Yam soup with Mama Noodles and Seafood. On the side, you have cheese, egg, corn and seaweed soup. I suggest you to put the corn and egg in the centre and cook together with the Tom Yam. This is so delicious and leaves you feeling very satisfied. This is at Sansab Restaurant on Level 4 of Siam Paragon.
You feel the “kick” from the spicy Tom Yum Soup and it will leave you feel so satisfied. They are located at Level 4 of Siam Paragon.
This Tom Yum UFO gave us the “WOW” factor the first time we ate it. And so, we had to return to eat it again. This time we had the cheaper version of 470++ baht with the seafood replaced with minced pork, luncheon meat and hotdog. I definitely prefer the seafood version. However, the second visit wasn’t as pleasant. Waited close to 15min for queuing and 25min for the food to arrive because they forgotten our order. And they still served customers who arrived later than us first even though I told them that I have waited very long for my food. So if you are coming here to try this, be prepared to wait. http://aroimakmak.com/tom-yum-ufo-sansab-restaurant/ @sansabrestaurant
