I love December!!! The primary reason is because of Christmas. During Christmas season, you get to hear Christmas carols, receive presents, shoppings malls and hotels are lit up and everywhere seems so beautiful.
But do you know the true meaning of Christmas? It is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, his incredible act of love. John 3:16-17 – Β “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” It is definitely a season of great joy!
In Bangkok, cool winter winds can also be experienced from mid December onwards and it makes it a good weather to just take a stroll and enjoy the various Christmas tress and lightings put up by Hotels and Shopping Centres!
After a very delightful Seafood Dinner buffet at Novotel Ploenchit Hotel, I decided to take a stroll down the city to capture and bring you the sight of beautiful Christmas trees.
