Do you love animals? Are you visiting Khao Yai with your family and kids? If both answers yes, then you should really visit The Bonanza Exotic Park in Khao Yai. Here’s what to expect!
I really enjoyed visiting the Bonanza Exotic Zoo in Khao Yai.
It is not very hard to find when driving in Khao Yai.
This shows the entrance fees. 100 baht is totally worth it, trust me.
Right at the very entrance of the zoo in front of the ticketing counter, I found this little pony wandering around. A few ponies were exploring the area ย and they are all so cute!
They have a variety of birds including this pretty pink one.
Toucans!
There are 2 crocodile pens at Bonanza with small and medium sized crocodiles.
Onto more gentle creatures…
You can feed some deers.
They are such adorable gentle beings, I can never get tired of feeding deers.
There are also Kangaroos here.
Not forgetting all the lambs, sheeps and goats.
Look at this supermodel.
There are quite a lot of farms with sheeps all around Khao Yai.
Alpaca!
Look at those eyes. There are actually many more of them there but these 2 got the nicest shots.
Timon?
Meerkats!
Fluffy white Raccoon!
This Tortoise is probably the closest I will ever get to see a real dinosaur.
I have a little pet tortoise at home but the tortoises at the Bonanza Exotic Zoo are really really huge.
Look at this Orang Utan asking for food.
Living the life.
There are also giraffes there, and you can feed them.
The White Tiger! It was hard to get a good shot, but I would count myself lucky just to be able to see this beauty so up close. There were lions, cheetahs and other large cats there, but they were all deep in their enclosures.
Bringing me to the highlight of my trip, these precious little babies. You can enter their enclosure, play with them, feed them milk, and take pictures.
I wanted to feed this big baby over and over and over again.
There were 3 white lion cubs there when I visited in end May 2017.
Overall, I would highly recommend Bonanza Exotic Zoo if you love animals. It was really hot in May, but I can not even imagine how amazing it would feel to visit in December when it is cool and explore the zoo in comfort.
