In Japan, these premium pancakes are only available and served at certainly fixed timings and hence the extremely long queues. Thankfully, the branches in Bangkok doesn’t have such fixed timings.
Despite that, you still have to expect to queue for at least an hour before you are seated.
In Bangkok, customers even have to option to purchase a “to go” version of the premium pancakes at 75 THB per piece or 5 pieces at 350 THB.
While queueing, enjoy the luscious green backdrop around the restaurant.
The best seller is, of course, this Premium Pancakes [295 THB]. Each of the fluffy pancakes is 4cm thick ย and it comes in stacks of three accompanied with “Nama Cream” (maple syrup, butter and whipped cream)
When the pancakes arrive at your table, jiggle it for Instagram and then start eating as soon as possible for the best experience of the taste and texture.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the pancakes and eat it together with the whipped cream. You will experience the fluffiest pancake from Japan, setting the standard for you.
A tip for you. Order some drinks to keep you company because the wait for the premium pancakes will take another 30 minutes of earlier if you are lucky. Their smoothie and tea options are popular choices.
