Wang Lang Market might be known to locals (especially to Thai University students and nurses), but to tourists, this is still a hidden market in Bangkok to them. So, don’t expect to see many tourists here. Inside Wang Lang Market, there is also a section called Talad Naew Naew.

It is  along the Chao Phraya River and situated next to Siriraj Hospital.  You can get there by taking the riverboat and alighting at stop No. 10, Wang Lang.

This market is really not about shopping comfort due to its narrow sois cramped with street foods and shops. It can get quite hot due to the sheer amount of food stalls.

Alright, other than food stalls, you will also get to buy relatively cheap clothing from just 100 baht.

If you have the time, do visit this Hidden Market!  The best time to visit is from 10am to 4pm when all the shops are open. Be prepared for huge crowds during the lunch hour.
