Chiang Rai hosted one of Thailand’s biggest balloon competitions, this time with 30 hot-air balloons from 14 different countries, featuring different shapes, designs and colours.
The International Balloon Fiesta was held in Singha Park Chiang Rai from 10-14 February 2016 and this extravagant event attracted both locals and tourists.
Before reaching the event site, we were greeted with lush  greenery and tea plantations.

After the balloon show, we spent  the time chilling over some Syder Bay  and enjoying the concert. I happened to hear one of my favourite songs from Nantida Kaewbuasai. On 14th Feb, there’s even  Lipta!
