Update: June 2019
Kaizen Coffee has relocated to few streets down the road at Sukhumvit Soi 63 (Ekkamai). It’s located right outside C Ekkamai Condominium and you won’t be able to miss the sleek standalone structure!
Kaizen Coffee Co has been around for a few years now and it was a well-loved secret hangout kept by locals. This cafe is set up with influences from Australia, so you will definitely expect some really good coffee here. Not to worry if you are not a fan of coffee because they have other options too. So, you still can accompany your friends who love here.
If you have been to the old Kaizen, you will notice that the design concept is totally different. In the past, it used to be a white and minimal café. Now, is it filled with natural finish oak woods and dark grey bricks resulting in the harmonious combination and beautiful contrast of the structure at once. It’s cosy and the design is just stunning!
You can’t help but just take photos of the space even before you take a look at the menu. The floor to ceiling glass panels just made the place so stunning!
This new Kaizen will not serve only a variety of coffee and beverages, but also a wide range of  healthy meals freshly prepared and served daily during breakfast till dinner.
Coffee lovers, you get to choose the bean and then the coffee of your choice, starting from 120฿.
Poached Eggs Benedict with Ham / Cured Salmon [265฿] – The eggs benedict are served on English Muffin Sourdough together with Grilled Greens, Tomato and  Brown Butter Hollandaise.
Paris Ham & Cheese with Rocket, Pancetta, Focaccia [230฿]
Here are some of the other popular items we tried at the old outlet of Kaizen.
Nitro Cold Brew [+40฿] – Drinking this feels like drinking draught beer because it’s also from the tap! It is really smooth and foamy. This will give you the kick to kickstart your engine for the day ahead.
Blonde Mocha [165฿] – This is unlike any mocha which I had ever drank. I can say it’s probably the best mocha I have ever had! I like the sweet, sticky and slightly foamy top as when you drink, you can feel the light foam and thick topping blending together. You can order this with soy or almond milk as well.
Milo Mountain [160฿] – Singaporeans and Malaysians will be familiar with this. To us, it’s called Milo Dinosaur. And yes, if you are not a fan of coffee, try out this drink.
Banana Bread [120฿] – I saw it being brought out from the kitchen and I just had to order it to try since I did not have any breakfast. Glad I did it because it was served warm and I like the overall taste of it. It was so delicious.
If you love coffee, do check out Kaizen Coffee Co as many locals have called it their favourite Bangkok cafe. Try it and see if it will be your favourite cafe too!
