Guay Jub Ouan Pochana is listed in Michelin Bangkok Bib Gourmand.
Kway Chap is a favourite dish with Singaporeans. However, this particular famous Yaowarat shop selling Kway Chap differs from what you usually eat.
Guay Jub Ouan Pochana’s version to me is more like Bak Kut Teh because of the peppery soup. They make use of Thai pepper, and it’s really peppery but leaves you feeling very satisfied, that is if you like such peppery soup.
Inside, you will find rice noodle rolls with different pig intestines. Â If you don’t eat the intestines, just tell them, and they will not include in your bowl.
They are popular with both locals and tourists.
Guay Jub Ouan Pochana is located just outside Chinatown Rama Theatre, a very old traditional Thai theatre.
