You can easily find beef noodles around Bangkok. But there’s one beef noodle restaurant called “Nuer Koo” which became one of the “must-go” places recommended by many Singaporean friends.
Beef noodles usually costs about 40 baht but over here, it costs 80 baht for a bowl of beef noodle soup. And it does not stop there. It goes up to 950 baht, depending on the cut of your beef.
What’s the verdict? A robust beef broth which is flavourful but which I find too salty. The beef ball I had felt rubbery though. I had my meal at Thong Lor branch. Perhaps Siam Paragon’s branch is better?
A simple minimalist interior.
They have branches at Thong Lor (Soi 11) and Siam Paragon (4th Floor).
