From the same team who brought you Sarnies, Pimp My Salad has quietly opened in Sathon Soi 8 during the Covid-19 shut-down in Bangkok, taking over the space previously occupied by Dexter Café, within short walking distance from Chong Nonsi BTS Station.
While Sarnies continues to wow visitors with its unique ambience and hearty offerings, Pimp My Salad, as the name suggests, plays with the concept of healthy food, served in a tidy café/canteen ambience that draws you to visit regularly. Don’t be fooled by the word “Salad” in its name, Pimp My Salad is more like a place that serves delicious food (as a basic bottom line) that’s also good for you.
To our surprise, we spotted an impressive Argentinean grill behind the counter, which imparts an alluring smokey flavour to all the meats on the menu, so please do yourself a favour and do not forgo your protein at Pimp My Salad.
We are also happy to report that the usual coffee-centric drinks from Sarnies are available as well, on top of other more healthy options like smoothies and acai bowls.
