Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit – Luxurious Accommodation in a Prime Location
Frequent travellers to Bangkok will have different preferences when it comes to accommodation. They may be sick and tired of the jams around Pratunam and or would prefer their accomodation to be near the BTS or MRT. It’s not easy to find a hotel which is connected to both BTS and MRT but we are happy to feature one that has it – Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit. It is a 5 star hotel located near the Asoke intersection and is just diagonally opposite Terminal 21. Isn’t it a good location?
As you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by an elegant counter that will make you feel like part of the “hi-so” crowd. Check in was professionally done and a breeze as well. I can’t wait to check out my rooms whenever I’m at a 5 star hotel!
Luxury rooms just gives you the feeling of being on a holiday and I’m always ready for that! In the room, you can find fitted leather furnishings all done in a luxurious brown or black tone. I also liked the spacious work desk that allowed me to do my work in comfort.
Don’t worry about the see-through bathrooms as they are also fitted with blinds and doors for privacy.
All you need for a comfortable stay! Bathrobe, iron, iron board, safe deposit box. A standard for all 5 star hotels.
I also like the unobstructed view from my room!
Breakfast was quite a spread and you can imagine the selection will definitely won’t disappoint when you are in a 5 star hotel.
As you can see from the layout, you will have a wide variety of food to choose from, depending on your preference.
Pastries always makes me happy. I like the fresh pastries here.
I was given the opportunity to have breakfast at the Executive Lounge. It was much more quiet with more privacy but of course, the variety was limited as well.
To make up for that, you can choose to have some ala-carte items from the menu.
I ordered the French Toast and I like it because it was served fresh and hot!
For those who want to take a dip, you can do so although I would have preferred a much bigger swimming pool in this massive hotel.
The gym was huge though.
When the sun sets, don’t forget to chill out at the lounge area to enjoy to the tunes from the live band.
Executive guests are entitled to a complimentary 15 minute back and shoulder massage at The Antidot. Don’t miss it! I also got to experience the hotel’s full body spa, check out my experience here!
