No nearby BTS, which can be challenging when taxis do not want to bring you to the city via meter.
There are many riverside hotels but this one located in the old city of Bangkok has it’s own charm. Not a very huge hotel but you get the same good service. Key attractions such as Grand Place and Wat Pho are also nearby. It’s extremely nearby to Khao San which is indeed a good place to hang out and chill. Otherwise, chilling by the riverside over some drinks at Riva Surya is just as good with perhaps a little more peace.
