We always recommend first-time visitors to Bangkok to go on a dinner cruise because it’s a unique experience which is special to Bangkok. We understand that some of you might not have the time in the night or some would prefer a day view, so we are glad to know that Suppaniga Cruise is offering the sunset experience!
The Suppaniga Cruise is a new 40-seater boat which offers 3 options for guests to choose from. For those looking for a pre-dinner activity, the Evening Cocktail Cruise offers a good sunset view accompanied by drinks and snack while the Sunset Dinner Cruise offers a 6-course dinner with a night view of the Chao Phraya River.
We got to experience to Evening Cocktail Cruise for ourselves and it was indeed a different experience compared to the dinner options.
The cruise will pick you up / drop off at either Supanniga Eating Room (Tha Tien) or River City Pier 2.
The boat cruises along the Chao Phraya River, offering a beautiful night view of Bangkok’s popular attractions such as Wat Arun and Grand Palace.
Of course, there needs to be some food to accompany the unique cruise experience!
The Evening Afternoon Tea Cruise (non alcoholic drink) starts from 1,250 Baht Nett!
We think that this sunset experience will be perfect during the cooler months at the end of the year when the sun also sets earlier in the day. If you happen to be in Bangkok and looking for a different experience along the Chao Phraya River, this might be a great option for you!
