ZaabVer Fried Rice & Tom Yam

By Wilbur Suen

There’s a shop right beside the famous SabX2 Wanton Noodles which I really didn’t know about until recently, probably because they are newly renovated.

Zaabver is pretty clear what their specialty is – Fried Rice and Tom Yam.

Feeling still a little full from the hotel breakfast, I decided to order just their Fried Rice to try.

Was slightly disappointed with the portion though. It came with some crab meat and an omelette on the top. It was 80 baht for this plate of fried rice. But I must say that the taste is quite good.

If you compare the price against other shops, the cost here is generally on the high side and you can only see tourists here, probably to catch the crowd who decided not to join the SabX2 queue.
